Gordon Hollerin joins from DLA Piper Scotland
Law firm Semple Fraser has appointed Gordon Hollerin as a partner to lead its specialist insolvency and corporate recovery team.
The firm reckons that the credit crunch and subsequent restrictions on the availability of credit have resulted in an upturn in the insolvency and corporate recovery market.
Mr Hollerin, who has more than 25 years' experience, joins from DLA Piper where he was head of the litigation and regulatory team. He was also previously managing partner of DLA Piper in Scotland, and before that was managing partner and head of litigation at Bird Semple. He is joining the firm with another DLA Piper solicitor, Fiona Carlin, and joins Jennifer Antonelli and partner Scott Kerr in the Semple Fraser team.
