Employment specialist joins HBJ Gately Wareing
Partner hire Jacqueline McCluskey moves from Dundas & Wilson
HBJ Gateley Wareing has appointed an employment law specialist as a partner.
Jacqueline McCluskey will lead the firm's employment team. She joins from Dundas & Wilson and her areas of expertise are "best practice" advisory work, employment tribunal advocacy, and supporting companies involved in outsourcings, TUPE transfers, mergers and acquisitions.
HBJ Gateley Wareing's senior partner Malcolm McPherson said Ms McCluskey's "proactive and positive approach" would help grown this area of the firm's business.
