Reshuffle at top for Harper Macleod
Commercial firm Harper Macleod has reorganised its management structure by appointing a chairman and chief executive.
Managing partner Professor Lorne Crerar becomes chairman, overseeing the strategic management of the firm.
Chartered accountant Martin Darroch, the firm's finance director for the past four years, takes on the role of chief executive, with charge of all management functions including human resources, finance and IT.
Mr Darroch said the new management structure would support the legal expertise Harper Macleod had to offer.
