Public Guardian fees to rise

The Office of the Public Guardian (Scotland) is reminding legal practitioners that its fees go up rise on 1 April.

The fee to register a continuing or welfare power of attorney will increase from £65 to £70, and the fe for the processing of most applications goes up frpm £10 to £15.

The full details are in schedule 3 to SSI 2008/238.
