Brodies hires two new partners

Law firm Brodies has announced two lateral partner hires.

Eric Galbraith, who has joined Brodies' Glasgow office from Dundas & Wilson, is a corporate lawyer of more than 25 years' standing. A specialist in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and international franchising, he also regularly advises clients in the food and drink industry and in the public sector on corporate structures.

Finlay Crossan, who joins Brodies' Aberdeen office next month from Bond Pearce, has more than 20 years' experience in the oil and gas sector, both in private practice and in-house. Qualified in Scots and English law, he is also a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators and the International Bar Association.
