Promotions at Miller Hendry

Tayside legal firm Miller Hendry has announced a brace of promotions.

From the beginning of this month, Caroline Fraser has been advanced to associate and Victoria Stronach to senior solicitor.

Based in the firm's Dundee office, Ms Fraser specialises in the preparation of wills and powers of attorney, providing advice to the elderly, estate and inheritance tax planning, executries and the creation, administration and taxation of trusts. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Ms Stronach, based in the Perth office, works in civil disputes, including personal injury and accident claims and debt recovery work, and also road traffic offences including speeding and drink-driving. In addition she takes a particular interest in adults with incapacity work and guardianship cases.
