Turcan Connell promotes dual-qualified Philippa Cunniff
Philippa Cunniff has been promoted to partner in private client firm Turcan Connell.
Ms Cunniff is dual qualified in English and Scots law. Her promotion is seen as important in the further development of the firm's multi-jurisdictional capabilities and her role will involve assisting English solicitors with cross-border issues.
Turcan Connell is involved in an increasing number of cross-border cases. It has ties with English law firms and with members of Resolution, formerly the Solicitors' Family Law Association.
